Our residents shop at Chambersburg Crossing, off of Interstate 81. The center is anchored by Giant Food, and includes a Kohl's, Michaels, Staples and PetSmart restaurants including Friday’s, Chipotle, Red Robin, Subway and Panera Bread, and recently added a brand-new Mod Pizza.

Our tenants are responsible their own ultilities. These utilities include gas, electric, sewer, water, trash, cable, and internet.

Your new kitchen comes fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. The appliances included in our kitchens are a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. Washer and dryers are also included for added conveninece!

Your home is equiped with a spacious driveway that can hold up to two cars. A few of our buildings also share open parking lot, where parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
